1、石材选用20mm厚珍珠花天然石材，表面抛光处理，石材表面应干燥，含水不大于8%。

2、石材安装前先对石材进行挑选、使用一个门套石材色泽、花纹一致、挑出色差，正面贴脸为双侧磨边、倒角。

3、对安装石材的结构表面清理，放水平线、垂直线。

4、用台钻在每块板上、下面开槽，槽宽为8mm，深度为12mm。

5、用膨胀螺栓把角架固定，再把挂件固定在角架上。

6、石材开槽，用大理石胶把石材固定在挂件上。

7、立面垂直，光面平整，接缝平直，接缝宽度，偏差允许2mm。

施工注意事项：

1、按各层需要的石材尺寸进行选配确认后搬运到各使用部位。

2、安装时应保证同一门套上石材色泽一致，纹理相同，分段造型线条接头截面一致。

3、安装时一定要注意门套的垂直度、平整度。

4、对每块侧板和线条必须保证有2个挂件支撑，角钢位置安装准确，中间增加加固点点位。确保门套石材牢固、稳定。

5、靠电梯门框边预留5—8mm，框边四周必须预留一致。

6、安装电梯口门槛石时，电梯框边与地砖应有3mm的坡度。顶面石材外口应与门框边有2mm的斜度。

7、侧面线条与顶面线条碰45度角，碰角时必须严密、平整、缝隙内不能留有余胶。若有余胶须及时清理干净后再用勾缝剂进行处理。线条造型须稳合，大小一致。

8、使用的干挂胶由云石胶打点后必须采用专用AB胶固定。

9、整套安装完成后必须及时进行调色勾缝和现场清理。
